3.07 Mailbox, Cluster Box and House Numbers
Only a post office standard black mailbox with a wooden post is pre-approved by the Design Review Board. Property owners are responsible for the maintenance, repair or replacement of said mailbox and post. Mailbox wooden posts with a natural wood color are also pre-approved. Any other style, color and/ or material mailbox or mailbox post must receive approval from the DRB. House numbers must be on mailbox or post if located not on house and be consistent in color and style with the house and subdivision. House numbers must not exceed six inches (6”) in height.
